The Kitten First Year Wellness Plan–Regular includes the following benefits:

• All vaccinations needed for the first year.
• Feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV).
• A complete physical exam with each vaccination series.
• Vaccination guarantee (if vaccines are started at 6-8 weeks and given when prescribed by the doctor).
• Free physical exams or consultation when needed if a problem arises.
• Fecal exam conducted with each examination.
• Treatment for intestinal parasites as needed.
• 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
• This package is just $19.00 per month, with a $75.00 membership fee.

 

KITTEN FIRST YEAR WELLNESS PLAN–PLUS

The Kitten First Year Wellness Plan–Plus includes all of the benefits of the “Regular” plan , PLUS the following:

• Your choice of:
• Spay/Neuter or
• Declawing.
• This package is just $26.00 per month, with a $75 membership fee.

FELINE ADULT WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR

The Feline Adult Wellness Package–Regular is designed for cats 1 to 4 years of age, and includes the following:

• All vaccines needed for the year.
• Physical exams and fecal exams at least twice a year and any other time they are needed.
• Worming as needed based on the fecal exam.
• 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
• This package is just $15.00, with a $65.00 membeship fee.

 

FELINE ADULT WELLNESS PACKAGE–PLUS

The Feline Adult Wellness Package–Plus is designed for cats 1 to 4 years of age, and includes everything in the Adult Wellness Package–Regular, PLUS the following:

• Either a spay or neuter (if you did not do this when they were younger).
• If your cat was spayed or neutered, then you a choice of getting a teeth cleaning (once per year) or 50% discount on Comprehensive allergy testing.
• This package is just $26.00, with a $75.00 membeship fee.

 

FELINE MIDDLE AGED WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR

The Feline Middle Aged Wellness Package–Regular is designed for cats 5 to 8 years of age and includes the following:

• All yearly vaccinations.
• A complete physical exam scheduled every 6 months.
• Free exams during the year when problems arise.
• Fecal exam for intestinal parasites scheduled every 6 months.
• Treatment for intestinal parasites or worms.
• Urinalysis every 6 months.
• Blood testing to screen for potential problems: complete blood count, blood chemistry profile and thyroid testing.
• 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
• This package is just $21.00 per month, with a $65.00 membership fee.

 

FELINE MIDDLE AGED WELLNESS PACKAGE–PLUS

The Feline Middle Aged Wellness Package–Plus is designed for cats from 5 to 8 years of age,it includes the all of the items listed in the Middle Aged Wellness Package–Regular, PLUS all the items listed below.

• EKG is conducted once per year.
• Your choice of one of the following items:
• Dental prophylaxis, with fluoride treatment (once per year).
• Spay or Neuter, if you have not done this yet!
• 50% discount on Comprehensive allergy testing, to determine what makes your allergic pet itch!
• This package is just $32.00 per month, with a $70.00 membership fee.

 

FELINE SENIOR WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR

The Feline Senior Wellness Package–Regular is designed for cats over 8 years of age. It includes the following benefits:

• All vaccinations required for the year.
• A complete physical exam scheduled every 6 months.
• No additional charge for physical exams and consultation if problems occur during the year.
• Fecal exam for intestinal parasites scheduled every 6 months.
• Blood screening tests once per year: complete blood count, blood chemistry profile, and thyroid testing.
• Treatment for intestinal parasites as needed based on fecal exams.
• Urinalysis conducted every 6 months.
• EKG conducted once per year.
• 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
• This package is just $30.00 per month, with a $70.00 membership fee.

The Feline Senior Wellness Package–Plus is designed for cats over 8 years of age includes all of the benefits of the Senior Wellness Package–Regular, PLUS your choice of one of the items listed below:

• Dental Prophylaxis with fluoride treatment once per year.
• Chest and abdominal x-rays
• 50% Discount on Comprhensive allergy testing.
