PUPPY FIRST YEAR WELLNESS PLAN–REGULAR
The Puppy First Year Wellness Plan–Regular includes the following:
- All vaccinations needed for the first year.
- A complete physical exam with each vaccination series.
- Free physical exams or consultation when needed if a problem arises.
- Fecal exam conducted with each examination.
- Treatment for intestinal parasites as needed.
- 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
- This package is just $20.00 per month with a $75.00 membership fee.
PUPPY FIRST YEAR WELLNESS PLAN–PLUS
The Puppy First Year Wellness Plan–Plus includes all of the benefits of the “Regular” Package PLUS the following:
- Your choice of:
- Spay or neuter or
- Dental prophylaxis (once) and removal of retained “baby teeth.”
- This package is just $30.00 per month, with a $75.00 membership fee.
CANINE ADULT WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR
The Canine Adult Wellness Package–Regular is designed for dogs 1 to 4 years of age, and includes the following:
- All vaccines needed for the year.
- Yearly heartworm test.
- Physical exams and fecal exams at least twice a year and any other time they are needed.
- Worming as needed based on the fecal exam.
- 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
- This package is just $18.00 per month, with a $70.00 membership fee.
CANINE ADULT WELLNESS PACKAGE–PLUS
The Canine Adult Wellness Package–Plus is designed for dogs 1 to 4 years of age, and includes everything in the Adult Wellness Regular Package, PLUS one the following:
- Either a spay or neuter (if this was not done when they were younger).
- Teeth Cleaning (Dental Prophylaxis)
- Discount (50%) on Comprehensive allergy testing.
- This package is just $30.00 a month, with a $75.00 membership fee.
CANINE MIDDLE AGED WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR
The Canine Middle Aged Wellness Package–Regular is designed for dogs 5 to 8 years of age and includes the following:
- All yearly vaccinations.
- A complete physical exam scheduled every 6 months.
- Free exams during the year when problems arise.
- Yearly heartworm tests.
- Fecal exam for intestinal parasites scheduled every 6 months.
- Treatment for intestinal parasites or worms.
- Urinalysis once a year.
- Blood testing to screen for potential problems: complete blood count, blood chemistry profile and thyroid testing.
- 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
- This package is just $28.00 per month, with a $70.00 membership fee.
CANINE MIDDLE AGED WELLNESS PACKAGE–PLUS
The Canine Middle Aged Wellness Package–Plus is designed for dogs from 5 to 8 years of age. The package includes all of the items listed in the Middle Aged Wellness Package–Regular, PLUS all the items listed below.
Your choice of the following items:
- Dental prophylaxis with fluoride treatment once per year.
- Spay or neuter.
- 50% Discount on Comprehensive allergy testing to determine what makes your allergic pet itch.
- This package is just $33.00 per month, with a $75.00 membership fee.
CANINE SENIOR WELLNESS PACKAGE–REGULAR
The Canine Senior Wellness Package–Regular is designed for dogs over 8 years of age. It includes the following:
- All vaccinations required for the year.
- A complete physical exam every 6 months.
- No additional charge for physical exams and consultations if problems occur during the year.
- Fecal exam for intestinal parasites scheduled every 6 months.
- Yearly heartworm testing.
- Blood screening tests once per year: complete blood count, blood chemistry profile, and thyroid testing.
- Treatment for intestinal parasites as needed based on fecal exams.
- Urinalysis conducted once per year
- EKG conducted once per year.
- 15% discount on all other services, (medication not included).
- This package is just $30.00 per month, with a $75.00 membership fee
CANINE SENIOR WELLNESS PACKAGE–PLUS
The Canine Senior Wellness Package–Plus is designed for dogs over 8 years of age. It includes all of the benefits of the Senior Wellness Package Regular, PLUS your choice of one of the items listed below:

- Chest and abdominal X-rays
- 50% Discount on Comprehensive allergy testing.
- This package is just $38.00 per month, with a $80.00 membership fee.
